The staff were friendly and the room was spacious, plus the breakfast was excellent, but the place felt a bit outdated.

The location was great, right near the border, but the corridor was dark.

When I arrived, the staff helped me because I don’t speak Polish and my English isn’t great, and there was a lockable room for bikes.

Wir waren auf der Hinreise (Masuren) für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang. Optimal gelegen, 4 km von der Autobahn. Frühstück sehr gut, vielfältige Auswahl. Speisekarte und Essen sehr gut. Zimmer lagen in der 3. Etage. Kein Lift vorhanden. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht zu empfehlen. Bei der Rückreise ebenfalls für eine Nacht gebucht. Kein freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Auf Nachfrage, ob in der 1. Etage ein Zimmer frei sei, bekamen wir eine negative Antwort. Abendessen diese mal nicht zufrieden stellend
