A big, clean room, a pool, and a restaurant are available. Cleaning happens only every 2‑3 days, and towels are also replaced that infrequently. The food at the restaurant is more snack‑like, so lunch or dinner is almost nothing.

The hotel is in Serhiivka, a town that differs from others – clean, spacious, white borders, nice asphalt roads. It’s a quiet spot surrounded by nature, no crowds, “um‑ca‑ca” and the like, next to a lagoon. The hotel is European‑style. The pool is always cleaned and maintained. The area is clean, well‑kept, not small, and you can walk around. Large trees, planted with tisi, paved alleys, swings, hammocks, “cocoons”, little pavilions for barbecues, a fountain. For food there’s a separate summer house, also a restaurant. Plenty of staff. The sheets are white and clean. Rooms are cleaned. Towels are changed. There’s a washing machine, fridge, stove, dishes, everything needed. Huge thanks and respect to the owners, who in such a difficult time created a decent and high‑quality place for others to relax. You have to drive to Kurortno for the sea, but it’s worth it because staying in Kurortno would mean much worse conditions. Definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is new, and they cleaned while we were away. The staff helped resolve current issues quickly and positively. The large area offers places to relax, grill, and a playground for kids. The beach is nearby, 10 minutes to the lagoon. The stay was 100 % successful. The only wish – a restaurant or breakfast included in the price, because we chose this hotel for good food.

The hotel was great with friendly staff, and we were satisfied with everything; it’s handy that umbrellas and bedding can be borrowed on site. I couldn’t find any drawbacks.
