The staff answered quickly on phone and chat and gave clear instructions on how to enter and locate the room; the room was basic but exactly what we expected, making it perfect for a quick one‑night stay. I had a bit of trouble finding my room because it said it was upstairs and I had to follow a specific sign in French that I couldn’t locate anywhere; after opening some doors I eventually found it.

The setting was nice and the staff were very welcoming, but the wooden beds creaked as soon as you moved in them.

Great location for hiking in the area

The facilities meet the standards for disabled people. Very basic, no towels and it was cold. The nose was 20 cm from the urinal when you sit on the toilet seat.

The spot is great, Stoumont looks stunning, and I liked how quiet it was.
