The staff were friendly, the hotel was quiet, and the parking was good, but I had to ask for extra towels and a dabonete.

The location was very close to the event I attended, and the shower was good, but the bed was less comfortable, the pillows were not ideal, a spider was on the bed, and the toilet had a leak.

The hotel was clean and well organized, simple but suitable for travelers on the go, with a helpful team from reception to housekeeping; the breakfast arrived on time, warm, and well packaged; for business travelers needing a place to sleep, this hotel works well and we stayed in a group and everything went smoothly. The room lacked power outlets near the beds and a minibar, the mattresses were covered in a color‑coated layer that felt uncomfortable in the cold despite the blankets, but otherwise it met our needs.
