Everything was so close to the hotel

“NO LO RECOMENDARÍA NI AMIGOS NI FAMILIARES”

The spot is great, but the bells keep ringing even at night. The staff were not friendly; the girls gave terrible service. The power went out, so we couldn’t use the hair dryer, couldn’t light enough for makeup or use natural light. With no power the elevator didn’t work, and I saw an elderly woman on a walker who couldn’t go down the stairs 😢. A year ago we went to the restaurant up there and there was also no power, so we had to climb the stairs with my mom, who is also an elderly lady and had to struggle up; because the elevator didn’t work due to the power outage, and after leaving the restaurant—those same stairs and elevator of the hotel without power—the hallway stairs were very dark. I think the hotel should have a backup plan for these cases. There was no water; it would drip or gush a little, not enough to shower, and what little came out was very cold. No hot water, the air conditioner didn’t work and made a constant “pip” noise. To top it off, the restaurant at night was very loud with people dragging tables, chairs, talking loudly, laughing loudly and much more…

We had a problem because there was no electricity for the two nights we stayed, which caused us a lot of trouble since we were going to a wedding.

The hotel is very pretty and centrally located!! The room and bathroom are small in space!! I loved that it had a coffee maker!! The only downside was the small size of the room.

“Muy bonita estancia”

The location is good. We didn’t have breakfast. Everything else I liked. The air conditioning wasn’t working well.
