“Worst hotel I have ever came across ever!”
I was never paid to stay here, and I’ll never book another extended stay with America ever again. I tried checking in 45 minutes early and was told the room was still being cleaned. When we finally got the room, it was still dirty; I had to call for a bathroom re‑clean, but there was dirt and grit in the tub and hair all over the shower wall. We should have requested a full room cleaning. The room looked nothing like the online photos: the carpet was old, worn, and unclean; the bathtub was filthy with flaking coating; the stove burners were sticky and disgusting; the microwave was dirty and rusty. I found multiple socks, a cookie bag with a date from three days prior, a hair clip, a sauce packet, and the room key all in random places. There was also a baggie with drug residue by the phone. We booked for two nights, received a refund for one night, but still had to pay for the other because we chose not to stay. I feel that’s insane given the circumstances. Don’t stay here—pay extra and go somewhere else; it’ll be worth it.
