The hotel is gorgeous and cozy, and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. It's in a prime spot, just a walk to Eden Rock, Gyp Sea, and Nikki Beach. The AC worked well, the room was spotless, and the toiletries were nice.

The rooms were spacious with a big shower and comfy beds. The breakfast area was lovely, and the staff even set up umbrellas on the beach. The breakfast itself was tasty and freshly made. Unfortunately, I left my flip‑flops under a lounge chair, and a staff member saw them and dropped them in the bar. No one could find them, and the staff seemed indifferent, as if it wasn't their problem. In a 4‑star hotel I expected a lost‑and‑found system and better service.

The location is solid, but some of the staff—especially the girl at the beach—were rude, and the food hasn't been as good as it used to be a few years back.
