Located by Buddina Beach, Beachside Resort Kawana Waters offers peaceful self-contained apartments with free parking and WiFi. The resort features an outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness facilities, and a heated swimming pool, spa, and sauna. Apartments have large living areas, full-sized kitchens, laundry, and private balconies. It's a 15-minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport and 2 minutes from Kawana Surf Club and shopping.

Not much apart from being close to beach and the hot tub. Thought it was really over priced. The pictures on website did not reflect the unit. The unit is now surrounded by more units which does not show in the picture. View was just blocks of units. Rooms were really hot- no AC or screens on windows. Beds were terrible. Only crappy shampoo and condition for 1 shower. Saw about a dozen cockroaches
