It was pretty clean and everything was in one place, but the doorman tried to charge an extra 1 for breakfast that was already included, and on the second night the price was much higher than what was shown on Booking.

The restaurant is quite good, but I booked and paid for a room with a terrace and a city view, and there is no terrace. When I complained, all I got was a disinterested shrug. I did receive a different room, but the window faces the highway and it is very loud. Both bathrooms had a disgusting, strong stench that made the room itself smell bad. Nobody seemed to care.

It was spacious, clean, and the staff were kind, but the road noise (dogs barking) was loud, and we had booked breakfast but there was none because of Ramadan (other hotels never had a breakfast issue).
