Stella and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is almost very good—walking distance (20 minutes) from Republic Square, with many stores and cafés around, and Táshir mall just 100 meters away. The only downside is the proximity to the Central Market. Our room was on the 3rd floor, very clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is available, but only at 11, so we didn’t use it. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and grateful to the staff.

The receptionist was very helpful, but the room had visible cracks, an unclean floor, and uncomfortable beds.

They allowed me to park my motorcycle inside the gate, which I appreciated a lot; the room was spotless, and every staff member was friendly, especially the woman with long blonde hair who was fantastic, super helpful, and always smiling.
