“Communication difficulties in a good property”
The hotel's prime location was a major highlight, but communication with staff was sometimes hindered by language barriers. Despite this, the hotel's central location made up for the minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
Unfortunately, the hotel's bathroom facilities lacked privacy, which was a significant drawback during my stay.
“Good hotel and staff very welcoming”
My stay at the hotel was pleasant, with a comfortable and clean room, although the experience was marred by a lifeguard's unprofessional behavior at the swimming pool.
“Comfortable hotel in great location with hospitable staff”
The hotel's excellent location and Chinese restaurant were definite positives, but the pillows were too soft and the breakfast menu was repetitive. While the hotel had its flaws, the positives outweighed the negatives. It was a pleasant stay overall.
“Good stay after long day work”
The hotel's friendly staff and quiet rooms made for a peaceful stay, and the extra service I received was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
