The room was functional and clean, and the bathroom was flawless. The reception lady was unfriendly, especially in the breakfast area. Guests line up at the front desk to eat, but she keeps talking on the phone without saying “good morning” or giving a polite hint like “please wait a moment.” She says, “Please put the card down, and that’s it.” If you’re not up for that kind of job, you should quit. The outfit is left unremarked.
