We had an amazing time at Lu’ Hotel Porto Pino and want to thank the whole team for making us feel so welcome. The hotel runs smoothly, but the people were what set our stay apart—warm, friendly, and genuinely inviting from reception to breakfast, dinner, bar, and pool bar. Every smile made us feel at home right from day one, and the staff were attentive and accommodating, even taking seriously small personal requests. For instance, our daughter Maya wanted a Carbonara that wasn’t on the menu; we were told to mention it at breakfast, and later they prepared a special Carbonara just for her. Those little touches stick with you. A big thank you to David, who drove us in the hotel shuttle to the beautiful dune beach; he was always cheerful and made us feel welcome. We also loved the Thursday dinner by the pool, with music and a beautiful atmosphere—a memorable evening. Above all, the warmth of the entire team made the difference; we felt comfortable, looked after, and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay, which made the holiday so much fun.
