The restaurant had really good food. The staff were nice. We had a 51/2 hour wait to get into our room along with 50 or 60 other people. The temperature in the room was 80 degrees even though I had the temperature set at 50 degrees. We had a corner suite, the bed was so uncomfortable. It felt like springs were punching us

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s proximity made it easy to reach the cruise.

Breakfast was good. The reception staff didn’t greet guests when we arrived; it was chaotic. Luggage was everywhere and the staff seemed uninterested in welcoming us.
