The place didn’t match the advertisement; I suspect it’s used for sexual purposes. After checking in, the room with a view was handed over to someone who “paid more,” and at 22:00 it was swapped for a windowless room with no cell reception, a horrible experience I want refunded.

We were welcomed by the lovely lady Anna. She's so friendly n bubbly, she makes sure we are settled the room was top notch 👌but Patio n swimming pools we Soo dirt

Everything was great, except the room I booked didn't have an inside bathroom as the pictures suggested; the listing should have clarified that the bathroom is outside and not private.

The dam view was nice, but there was an unpleasant smell and the shower wasn’t clean.

Unfortunately, the condition of The Yatch House was significantly different from what we expected based on the listing and photographs. Within approximately five minutes of arriving and viewing the property and amenities, we decided not to stay and immediately searched for alternative accommodation. In our experience, the listing photographs did not accurately reflect the property's current condition. We observed areas of significant deterioration, missing windows, damaged shade netting and carport structures, and a building that appeared to require substantial maintenance. Our allocated room did not have proper windows, there was a noticeable damp smell, the TV was not working, and cupboards were secured with bicycle locks. The rooftop view was also very different from what we expected and included an area containing a substantial amount of rubbish. Had the current condition of the property been apparent from the listing, we would not have made the booking. Because we chose not to stay, we had to arrange alternative accommodation at very short notice, resulting in us spending approximately double on accommodation. This was an extremely disappointing experience. Based on what we personally observed on arrival, we would not recommend this property
