It was Indian, in a good way. Room great size, very comfortable if lacking attention. Bathroom was exceptionally good. It wasn't European standard, but we didn't expect that but I did have issue with one point, the bed was only 10 inches off the ground. As an elderly man it was a major problem. I was only staying 2 days so didn't ask to change. Maybe it could have been fixed if I had asked
