The location is central, and the breakfast is limited but still decent. Parking is cramped and uncomfortable, maintenance is lacking—plumbing is below standard, furniture is old with some broken pieces, and the chairs are dirty.

The place was really pleasant, but they should add more staff during breakfast or if they switch to a buffet to prevent kitchen delays. They also need to keep cleaning the rooms more consistently.

Breakfast was good, though it got delayed because of staff shortages. The area is nice and quiet. I nearly left the dining room without eating because the boy was handling orders and deliveries alone; that level of service is unacceptable, and whoever manages staffing should ensure enough people are present to avoid such delays and guest disappointment.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The kitchen had issues: the Zulu breakfast mince was cold on Saturday; the English breakfast on Sunday lacked bacon; the muffin tray on Sunday had no variety; and the kitchen staff on Sunday were very slow.
