The place was terrible; everything was bad and it was freezing cold.

The room sits close to the train station, stays warm, has all the amenities I need, and the price is reasonable. The bedding looked old and messy, and the room is right next to the main door, so I could hear people smoking outside and smell the smoke. I was woken by people returning late and chatting, and once someone knocked on the window late at night.

“A bed and warm”

The bathroom had no mirror, no kettle or cup, no TV, and no heating; there was only minimal toilet paper and no soap. Getting in was complicated, and a few £££ spent on the missing items wouldn’t break the bank. It was warm, but I won’t return.
