Inside was tidy and roomy; outside was well maintained with seating around the house. The bed was good. The only thing that caught my eye was the path to the property – it’s manageable once you know it.

“Vacanza indimenticabile”

The property is a small gem tucked between olive groves and vineyards, offering absolute tranquility. In the evenings, the fresh, clean air makes for great rest. Its location is ideal for exploring both mountains and sea. Everything was perfect. The real highlight, however, was the wonderful Mrs. Nicoletta. We had a minor car mishap and were stuck without a vehicle for a long day. Nicoletta immediately offered to spend the day at the beach with her, where she took us on a wonderful two‑day excursion, sharing stories and the local history. We left in tears, promising to return. See you soon, dear Nicoletta. Luciana, Federico, and Angelo. No complaints.

“Casa Magnolia: la casa vacanze del cuore sulla Costa dei Trabocchi”

Casa Magnolia si trova a un passo dal mare della Costa dei Trabocchi (meno di 10 minuti in macchina dalla bella spiaggia di Foce) e da borghi bellissimi. Una casa di campagna circondata da ulivi e vigneti in un'atmosfera tranquilla e rigenerante. L'appartamento è fresco e arredato con gusto e personalità. Appena si entra si respira familiarità, come se Casa Magnolia fosse da sempre la TUA casa vacanza, il luogo dove finalmente puoi rilassarti dopo un anno di lavoro. La casa è dotata davvero di tutto ciò che serve e anche di più, si vede che chi la gestisce lo fa con cura e amore e ha come obiettivo quello di farti sentire a tuo agio sotto ogni punto di vista. Tanti i punti forti della casa: la pulizia PERFETTA in primis, le aree esterne ideali per cenare al fresco e rilassarsi e, uno su tutti, la splendida accoglienza di Nicoletta, una host di rara gentilezza, attenta e disponibile, oltre che una splendida persona! Grazie per tutto, torneremo!
