Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
Nothing about the property, room, or staff appealed to me. The room was scorching hot with no ventilation, the AC was broken, the bed sheet was scorched, and the receptionist was rude from the start.

Nothing at all! Everything was fake. When I arrived, I was surprised because the hotel wasn’t obvious from the outside. Large pictures on a transparent wall showed interior décor that wasn’t actually there. When I entered through a glass door and asked for my room, they mocked and laughed at me. The reception was a dirty little room where three filthy men sat. Only Hindi was spoken; luckily I used Google Translator. They told me that 200 meters away there was a hotel with nice rooms. Here there were no rooms available and no breakfast because they had no kitchen. It was already late, I was tired and hungry after traveling, and I just wanted to eat and sleep. My taxi to the airport would arrive in 9 hours. Only when I said I had already paid for the room and that I would call the police if it wasn’t given to me right away did they finally move. After about 30 minutes I received a room that did not match the description at all. I was tired, so I accepted it. But honestly, everything advertised about this hotel is false! I wonder where all the positive reviews come from. It’s an incredibly awful place in an unwelcoming area. Everything there is an outrageous hassle!

Abbiamo prenotato questo albergo ed arrivati li non c era ne la stanza ne la prenotazione ci siamo trovati sbattuti in mezzo al casino di Delhi. Senza hotel con il cellulare scarico senza sapere dove andare. Pessima esperienza
