The location was good, but on a warm September day the room was extremely cold and the heater wouldn’t work; the toilet had a brown rim of stale, old water, the food was very poor quality—sliced tomatoes for the omelette were inedible, and the steak at dinner was cut into three thin strips so it couldn’t be chewed whole.

We felt so comfortable, everything was perfect, the staff were friendly, and the location was fantastic—nothing to complain about.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and complaints were handled as promptly as possible. The food—both breakfast and dinner—was truly exceptionally well prepared and of high quality. Service in the dining room was very good. The pool area was also very nice, and the water was pleasantly warm. We didn’t use the sauna, so I can’t comment on that. Some parts of the hotel were already in need of renovation, including our Suite 304: the curtains in both rooms were torn, the mattress was sagging, bathroom floor tiles were cracked, and the carpet was very dingy. The time given to the cleaning staff was probably too short to clean the room thoroughly. With so many insects around, fly screens should be installed. The terrace table was already falling apart, and the chairs on the terrace were very worn.
