Located in Águas de Lindóia's city center, the VOA Plazza Hotel features indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and free Wi-Fi in common areas. Private parking is also complimentary. The hotel offers a Recreational Center with three pools, loungers, a multi-sports court, and a bar. Regional cuisine is served in the restaurant, and rooms feature soft colors, TVs, minibars, and hot showers, with Deluxe Rooms including air conditioning and flat-screen TVs.

The breakfast is very poor, with few options. Moreover, the only sandwich maker is weak and slow. You can’t make a hot sandwich in less than 10 minutes, and if someone is in front of you you might give up. The apartment bathroom cleanliness is lacking, they barely change the towel. I also noticed there is no security control at all. A stranger could easily get in.

The location is perfect, close to everything and the staff are super attentive. The breakfast was weak and could be better. I stayed 4 days, didn’t think daily cleaning was necessary, but on the day I requested it they didn’t do a full clean, only changed the towels and took out the trash. That could also be improved.
