Worst experience ever. I arrived late at night and the owners’ phone was off. When I knocked, staff told me my reservation wasn’t with them but with the previous owner who had rented the place before and still owed them rent. They then tried to contact that owner via WhatsApp because she wouldn’t answer the phone, and she began to lie. She first claimed I didn’t have a reservation with her, which is absurd because I had the order, then she insisted I was at the wrong place, which was ridiculous since the location matches the photo of the hostel I’m in. Eventually she offered me a much pricier room in a different location that I had to pay for myself.

“Good value for money”

The location is great, rooms are super clean, staff are kind, and the price is good for the quality. The only downside was having to ring the bell every time I wanted to return to the hostel.

Finding the hotel was confusing because it currently has a different name. The lighting in the room was poor, but the mattress was comfortable. Unfortunately there were no storage options for my belongings, so everything had to lie on the floor. Only two people were in the entire villa, and staff were barely available.

The Google map shows the place as permanently closed, which is worrying when trying to locate it.

“It was okey for the price but the bathroom and overall facilities could have been better.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. However, the hostel was almost empty, the bathroom lacked hot water, a mirror, and the door barely locked. The room was okay, but it wasn’t in the “castle” – it was actually in a small house on the side.
