Very welcoming, the reception staff are fantastic and help with everything, and the location is great, just a 3‑minute walk from Fuji station. The coffee could be better.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The view was amazing! I might be the only one who woke up with back pain; the beds aren’t comfortable for me, and the blankets felt too thin, but my brother had no issues.
