We’re extremely happy with our experience there—fantastic, eye‑catching view, clean, nice staff, perfect. I didn’t see air conditioning, but we didn’t need it as the weather was very nice during our stay.

A stunning, spacious building with warm welcome, just twenty minutes from the sea. The area is quiet and the terrace offers a breathtaking view, plus a convenient parking spot.

The view over the Marche hills is truly lovely. Food is good and reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly and ready to help. For those who enjoy exploring medieval towns and the surrounding area, this is the spot. Have a great holiday, though the heat can be intense 😅.
