The gardens and the swing seat are lovely, and the bed linen is nice. Guests should bring their own toilet paper and toiletries (soap, shampoo) because those aren’t provided, and the radiator doesn’t heat up in late September. We had a lot of booking mix‑ups that caused a lot of stress. A very inconsiderate group in the adjacent rooms packed up and left noisily at 4 am, disturbing our sleep, which is not the host’s fault.

The rooms are very spacious with a generous balcony, the kitchen is huge, there are 4.5 refrigerators available, and there are three espresso machines – but you have to bring your own coffee. I think it would have been better to have 1–2 espresso machines with coffee supplied; if you stay longer you can buy coffee nearby.

Everything, from the parking to the carpet in the room that smells very nice, was great. I liked everything.
