The 25,000-square-foot spa features saunas, hot tubs, and a eucalyptus steam room, along with Vitamin C-infused spa showers. Suites have separate living rooms, and marble bathrooms include separate baths and showers. The hotel is near Brickell City Centre and Key Biscayne Yacht Club.

The staff were very attentive in the lobby, at the pool, and the housekeeping team was polite and helpful. The room’s location was terrible; from the windows we could only see a wall and some metal panels that looked like air‑conditioners or kitchen vents. I’m not sure if the cheaper rooms were assigned because of the pricing, but they’re not cheap. We were given only one bathrobe in the bathroom, and as a couple we would have preferred none at all because the robe was old and worn; it was clean but too shabby for a newly renovated hotel.

The location, the friendly staff, and the beautiful room with a sea view stood out, and the high‑level service impressed me. Nothing to add.

The location and hotel facilities were great, the lobby was welcoming, and breakfast was really good. The room offered a nice view and was quiet, and the staff were very pleasant. The hotel café was superb with excellent sandwiches. The only drawback was the valet parking, which costs 45 dollars—normal for Florida.
