The location was great and there was plenty of parking; even though we stayed in the hill side room, we spent all day at the riverside café. The host supplied everything we needed with a smile, the staff were great and very helpful, they took us fishing and on short walks to off‑beat trails, and the food was 10/10—definitely will book again. The only downside was the roads leading from Aut to Tirthan.

The property’s location was good, but we booked five rooms and one was outside the property area. The bedsheets and quilt were not properly clean, packed water was not provided in the rooms, they only gave water in steel bottles and we had to buy bottles elsewhere. There was no dental kit, shampoo, moisturiser or shaving kit in the bathroom, towels were not properly cleaned, and the mats in the room were poor quality. Mr Manish, who runs the property, tried to charge us for the rooms at check‑in and there was no room service.
