Our family of 7 had a fantastic stay - the family room was just what we needed, and it was spotless. We slept like babies on the comfy beds and loved the warm welcome. Plus, the location was perfect.

The bed was a real highlight - super comfy! The staff were also really nice and made our stay pleasant. That being said, I did think it would've been nice to have some hand towels and better cups for hot drinks.

The stay was pretty rough - the door handle was broken, and there was constant banging and noise all night. The bed sheets were dirty, the radiators weren't working, and the kettle wouldn't even turn off. Not exactly the best experience.

We had a great time here - the rooms were comfortable, clean, and had a big TV perfect for streaming Netflix and YouTube. The hosts were really nice and made sure everything was spotless. We'd definitely recommend and stay again.
