I spent a night there with friends; the villa has four bedrooms, all with king‑size beds, and three of those rooms include private bathrooms. Inside, there’s a small kitchen, a microwave, a BBQ grill, a shared swimming pool, a washing machine, a dining table, and a smart TV. It’s close to Khao Yai National Park, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. If you plan to cook, you’ll find the equipment limited, but you can still manage.

The accommodation is good value and the staff are friendly. The sky‑blue area lacks lights, so it can’t be used fully.

The staff, the owner, the house, and the location are all great. The ongoing work has dirt on the pool and the housekeeping is lacking.

It’s close to the entrance of Khao Yai National Park, and the host was very kind and let us taste local food. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice that each child had their own bedroom. The pool was a bit fresh, but I can see it would be enjoyable in summer. The house sits next to a brand‑new hotel’s service area, where all the air‑conditioning units and installations are set up, so it’s very noisy and the open layout made it hard to enjoy any quiet. The hotel’s staff and goods entrance is open all day, so people and buses come in and out constantly—no peace at all. The house wasn’t very clean; there were hairs on the rooms and linens. The staff responded politely to our message about this. The maintenance state of the house isn’t great and could use a refresh. On the back side we kept looking at the workspaces of the other houses, and every day people were there working or inspecting, so the terrace wasn’t a pleasant spot to sit.
