The airport transfer was excellent. Everything was fine.

The location is good, and the shuttle to and from the airport is convenient. The place is quiet. The free amenities (comb, slippers, toothbrush, shoe‑sanding sponge, shampoo, soap…) were appreciated. The sofa beds were uncomfortable. Some rooms had no hot water in the shower. There was a lack of responsiveness to WhatsApp inquiries. The lighting in the rooms was too dim.
