The central location was great; we booked a night on our way back from vacation. The room was clean and did the job, and the breakfast was very tasty. There was nothing to criticize.

The customer service stood out, especially the friendliness of the staff. The pizzeria below the rooms is beautifully set up with great ambience, and the service there was also very friendly. Parking is unfortunately very limited, but otherwise everything was really good.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and flexible, and the breakfast was very good—even with special requests. The cleanliness was not optimal, and the rooms were functional with simple furnishings, but the friendly staff helped soften those issues.
