“Okay”

Breakfast was decent and the room was comfortable, but the adjoining room’s noisy neighbors let sound through the door. I was also forced to pay a $50 deposit after booking, even though the room was fully paid for; when I asked if it was for my dog, they said no. This pre‑emptive charge feels like an accusation of potential damage and would make me avoid this place in the future. I’ve stayed at other Country Inns & Radisson locations without a deposit on the same night I paid for the room. The Wi‑Fi and TV were unusable for the first three hours we arrived.

Breakfast and the coffee station were good, but the outdoor pool was out of order and we received keys to a room that was already occupied.

“Great property in an excellent location”

The location is great, the property and room are clean, and the breakfast, bottled water, and coffee are available all day. The TV in the room was in demo mode and couldn’t be used.

“A new first choice when traveling between Tennessee and Colorado.”

I arrived early, more than an hour before breakfast started, hoping to snag some hot coffee, and the staff greeted me with a smile and a pot of freshly brewed coffee—great start! The breakfast itself was good, with a bonus of fresh fruit, and there were no unpleasant surprises at all.
