The staff were super helpful despite a challenging environment. The first room, the door wouldn't open. The 2nd room, wasn't made up. The 3rd room would have been fine if it hadn't been for all the ants

The location was fine, but the old smell, cold shower, and terrible breakfast options were disappointing.

I didn’t like the bagel breakfast; my husband and I don’t eat bread, and the instant oatmeal and cold cereal were unappealing. The location was okay and easy to reach the interstate, but the elevator felt a bit dicey and we were hesitant to use it. The breakfast selection was subpar compared to other properties we’ve visited, and I was disappointed. After connecting to the Wi‑Fi, my computer got infected and no one could help repair it.
