The location was good. There were a lot of people during meal times, so better crowd management is needed. Towels in the room were not changed throughout the stay, the bathroom door was missing a section and the floor stayed completely wet after showering, and the room air should cool more because it’s a shared unit.

The location was spectacular, the food was delicious, the staff were very friendly and the service was full—overall a good hotel. The bathroom drains were terrible, water pooled in the sink and shower, the sink was loose, and the facilities were a bit old.
