The room looked nice but was dim and lacked a TV and kettle, which is unreasonable for a €150 rate; the location and private parking were great, yet the breakfast started at 9:00, so I had to leave at 8:00 and missed it entirely.

The owners and staff were attentive, location perfect, close to restaurants and shops, quiet for rest, and the terrace where breakfast is served is lovely and cozy.

Alacati's historic charm is alive and well at this quaint little hotel, where the owners' warm hospitality and excellent English make you feel right at home. The location is perfect, with historic streets and restaurants just a short stroll away. Breakfast in the charming courtyard, surrounded by lush greenery, is a lovely way to start the day.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, where the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and considerate. Mr. Murad and the owners were like family to us, and the beautiful trees and plants on the property made it feel like a little slice of paradise. The location is also perfect, with everything you need just a short walk away. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

The cleanliness and convenient location of this hotel were definite positives. However, the lack of internet in the room was a major letdown. We repeatedly brought it to the attention of the owners, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to care.
