Private pool view, good bed, great shower, and quick WhatsApp contact. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, and the Indonesian dishes were noticeably worse than what we’ve had in other hotels. There’s nothing around the hotel, though a few options exist: Grab delivers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room with a large balcony. The hotel's location near the Temple of Borobudur was also excellent. However, our dining experience was a letdown, with a very limited menu and poor communication. When we asked for a dish without spice, they brought us a spicy one instead, and the beverage options were limited to tea, coffee, and water.

“Good, simple hotel with Borobudur views”

I recently stayed at a charming hotel near the Borobudur Temple, which offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's simple design was a perfect fit for its surroundings, and some rooms even boasted stunning views of Mt Merapi and the temple itself. The breakfast was delicious, and having a private pool in some rooms was a lovely touch. However, I did notice that the lower ground rooms had a musty smell that could be improved upon.

“Convenient place so that you can get on the earliest temple tour before the sun gets too hot”

My family and I stayed in a room with a private pool, which offered a breathtaking view of the Borobudur Temple. The food at the hotel was limited, but what we had was tasty and satisfying. The temple itself was just a 15-minute drive away, making it an ideal location for our trip. However, we encountered some issues with the transportation from the airport, as the narrow roads and traffic caused a nearly two-hour delay.
