“Pathetic”
We showed up at the hotel only to find out they'd cancelled our reservation at the last minute. They then offered us a room at a different hotel, but it was subpar and would have cost us more. It was a totally unprofessional approach.
They didn't have our room ready and transferred us to another hotel. Even after a lot of discussion, they gave us a substandard room. It was pretty frustrating.
