Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The room across the building was very spacious with a balcony, the furnishings were classic but comfortable, and the beds were superb, letting us sleep wonderfully; the staff were very friendly, everything was clean and tidy, the breakfast was good, and the 4‑course menu is also recommended. The only downside was that from 6.00 am the street traffic could be heard.

Everything! Delicious food, beautiful decor, helpful and friendly staff. Would return for sure! Nothing to note otherwise.

The food was good 👍🏻. The only negative point was that there was no bar.

A very clean and beautiful room, outstanding service, and a top location.

A very good, plentiful breakfast buffet. The central location above Beilstein made it quick to walk to the Metternich ruin, and there were overall very nice hiking trails from the hotel. We stayed in the annex of the hotel, but the rooms were too noisy, and some guests disturbed the peace with loud door slamming even at night.
