A solid spot for a holiday.

The location is fantastic: a small Italian town surrounded by fields that look stunning in this season. It feels very peaceful and safe. For the price, the value was almost negligible, especially since we spent a week water‑skiing at the nearby facility, which is probably one of the best in the world.

The room was renovated and clean, with excellent air‑conditioning. The neighbours or other guests were noisy, even at 3 a.m. We would have liked more empathy from the staff. Breakfast was mediocre; I expected homemade bread and pastries. The coffee was truly terrible!
