We booked a double room for us and our dogs and received a free upgrade to a small suite with a kitchen and an extra bedroom. The beds were soft yet comfortable, and we had a couch for TV and a dining nook for four. Our dogs were warmly welcomed. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with staff very friendly and attentive; they even restocked many items half an hour before breakfast ended, ensuring no leftovers, which was well organized. There’s no coffee machine, but a pot of coffee is delivered to your table and you can order a cappuccino if you wish. The spread included rolls, bread with butter, sweet spreads, cheese, jam, and small packaged spreads, vegetarian spreads, or meat salad. Eggs were available, and the menu rotated between scrambled eggs, sausages, meatballs, bacon, and various yogurts, cereals, fruit salads, fresh fruit, and fresh vegetables. Small sweet items were pre‑purchased but that was acceptable. Everything was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. We’re in a central spot, close to a town, a lake, and several grocery stores. The thermal spa is a few minutes’ walk away. Behind the hotel is a small park ideal for walking the dogs, and the building itself is relatively quiet. We’ll definitely return.

The staff are very friendly, the price/value is okay, and overall the hotel is recommended. The only issue is there is no elevator, though it was mentioned in the description, so you already knew about it.
