The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a great location and a generous breakfast spread
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel staff, particularly the front desk team, who provided exceptional service
The breakfast at this hotel was delicious, which was a highlight of my stay

The front desk lady is great. No particular complaints.
“場所が便利だった”
The hotel was conveniently close to the station and also near Lalaport, which was handy. A midnight earthquake made me uneasy, especially since there were no instructions or clear escape routes, so I felt scared thinking about what could happen; luckily nothing occurred, but it needs improvement. I also didn’t know I could bring breakfast to the room, which caused a long line, and I think staff should have explained that. Additionally, the faucet switches between shower and tub and can’t be used simultaneously, which was inconvenient.
The place was very clean and comfortable, and I would use it again if I had the chance. There were no particular concerns.
Parking at the hotel had no management system, which was frustrating.
“Ok if you need to be in this area for work”
This is a typical Japanese business hotel—adequate for work trips but not a holiday choice. It sits very near the shopping center with restaurants and a supermarket. Every morning there’s a huge queue for breakfast that starts at 6:30, with people lining up around 6:10–15.
