“Shut the place down. I have made it known to my circle not to even try and book that place the worst”

Nothing worked: the air‑con, TV, and even the toilet were all malfunctioning.

The location is good, but the water was cold, the bathroom was too small, and the air‑con didn’t work; a fan was supplied only after I requested it.
