It worked out, but the self‑check‑in didn't work right away; we had to wait for other guests at the machine, and the phone call to staff took a long time, after which they gave us a code that wasn’t on the booking paperwork.

The rooms were spacious enough and I liked the design; the walls are thick so it stays quiet inside. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety. I also had a comfortable bed with a sturdy mattress that I preferred. The price was very reasonable and there’s a Billa nearby for groceries. A vending machine in the lobby stocked drinks and snacks. Overall, we liked the hotel a lot, and the following minor issues are just suggestions that could make the experience even better. When traveling with a large group of 17 people, check‑in was slow, especially since it was our first time with JUFA and we had pre‑filled information. Only one check‑in machine was available, so I felt bad for the people waiting behind us. The monitor froze twice. Breakfast could be refilled more often. Some members of our group said their beds were too soft, probably because they had older mattresses. In my case, it took a while to get warm water in the shower, and the shower itself could have been cleaner. It would be nice to have a kettle and tea or instant coffee in the common area, since they’re not in the rooms (we couldn’t find them anywhere). The location isn’t great, but a tram stop is right nearby.
