“Molt decepcionant”

We were extremely disappointed. When we saw the apartment on Booking, the kitchen icon was shown, yet we never imagined the fridge and oven would be inside a bedroom. We noticed this a few days before arrival and asked if there were four plates, forks, glasses, etc. Their only reply was that they had “some,” so we had to bring our own dishes, forks, glasses… It’s misleading to use the kitchen icon for this place. Additionally, we had to wash the dishes in the bathroom—a shameful task—and we had no space to dry them. The bathroom is very old and the bathtub has stains; it’s a shame. Don’t look at the bathroom photos in the listing, look at the 4‑person room photos to see the real condition. Regarding trash, we asked where we could throw it because there were no containers in the courtyard. The only solution they offered was to leave it at the entrance and that they would pick it up (we were there for 6 days! Imagine the stench). The apartment is located in front of a very noisy bar; especially on Fridays, the music was blasting. They stay open late each night and we had to listen to the music and people because the apartment is very hot and has no air conditioning. On Friday the music was so loud we had to close the windows and it was very hot. Finally, it isn’t a full apartment but more like a “half‑apartment.” We were lucky there was no one on the other side, but the situation makes you feel insecure. The only conclusion we reach about the Booking comments is that they aren’t real.

The place is centrally located, clean, and the staff is uncomplicated, especially the WhatsApp communication. There is a fridge, plenty of storage in the wardrobe and bathroom, and several trash cans. From the outside it’s not clear where the room/apartment is, there is a fan, but unfortunately no air conditioning.

The structure is very clean, and the manager is always available. Nothing else.

In the center of Biella, tidy, clean, and the bed is truly comfortable like at Casa! The staff is very professional and friendly… I recommend it!
