The location and the staff’s warm welcome were excellent, but the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.

The place was clean and well‑situated, but we were charged €20 for storing two non‑electric bicycles overnight. After a month of cycle touring in Italy, including Rome, we’ve never had to pay for bike storage, so it felt excessive.
