The staff were friendly and courteous. The only downside is a short walk if you want to go into town.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

“No one accountable to help with problems”

The bathroom fan was very loud most of the time, making it impossible to sleep at night. The manager never called to address the issue, and there was no coffee available at the hotel. I was never actually delivered to the hotel. I would expect a legitimate hotel to brew its own coffee on site.

The location is central and the place is very beautiful.

“Slipping in the parking charge after we left, was disappointing.”

The breakfast was decent, my husband liked it, but I was let down by the fact that rooms weren’t tidied daily and a $15/day parking fee was added. I didn’t know about these charges at check‑in, which felt like a motel surprise.
