We stayed for five days in a luxury room, so we expected a certain level of comfort and service. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the room’s cleanliness. Even when we checked in, the room didn’t look well‑tidied, and over the five days we never had a proper cleaning. For a luxury room that’s especially unpleasant and totally below expectations. Overall, the stay could have been much better if more attention had been paid to cleanliness and regular housekeeping. I hope the management takes note, as these details heavily influence guests’ overall impression.

A very nice place, beautiful and interesting, with plenty of spots for kids and family activities. The staff were very, very nice, and the restaurant was very, very nice too 👌 We’ll come back.

The staff were friendly and the food was good, with generous portions. The accommodation was shabby; the floor was missing pieces and there was mold in the bathrooms and elsewhere. The bed was bad.

The hotel charged for accommodation even though Booking had already charged. The hotel doesn’t respond to requests to fix the issue, while Booking pushes the matter onto the customer, i.e., me. Extremely poor customer service.

Good location, quiet area near the train to Riga, incredibly good food and a nice restaurant at the property, cozy outdoor setting by the accommodation. The beds were hard and had no mattress topper. Parking inside the courtyard cost extra, but we got free parking at the front.
