The hotel sits close to the Citrus Park Mall, a Walmart super center, and other shopping spots, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially the front desk. The breakfast, however, felt repetitive after a few days and could become boring.

The bed was firm with plenty of pillows, and the bedding was heavy enough to keep me warm. When I couldn’t get a signal on the TV, Jake from the front desk came to my room and fixed it, saving the night.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my family had everything we needed, gladly providing extra towels, washcloths, sheets, and even a baby crib for my daughter. Breakfast was fresh with a great variety, and everyone we met was friendly. We even chatted with other guests who were kind to my babies and family. One of my favorite little touches was the Dove soap and body wash in the room, which made the stay feel even nicer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we didn’t want to leave. Honestly, nothing was lacking; everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
