The hot‑spring pool is huge and comfortable, and the location lets you see the distant mountains and the bustling crowds up close. Breakfast is delivered to the room, and the room comes with fruit, drinks, and a complimentary afternoon tea that I didn’t use. The duvet cover isn’t white, which is a bit odd. The breakfast consists of a main dish from the breakfast shop plus a drink. The room layout feels cramped; the air‑conditioner vents are above the shower head. The bathtub entrance is too high, making entry difficult, and there’s no large bath towel. The TV sometimes lags.

This hotel is a gem! The rooms feature a unique, modern design that’s especially striking. The spring in the room is larger than usual for Jiaoxi, bright, and has a little waterfall‑style faucet—really pleasant. We also enjoyed a forest view. Everything is impeccably clean, even the tub. The location is superb: close to the station, Jiaoxi hot‑springs park, and right in front of a lively street with street food and fish‑tank pedicures. The hotel is very generous with food: our basic reservation included tea, a full jar of cookies, two cans, and bananas. We also received complimentary cake and beer and couldn’t finish it all! Breakfast is decent; one of us was vegetarian, and while not spectacular, there were some vegetarian options. The staff are incredibly kind. When one of us got injured, they provided ice right away. The day after checkout was my partner’s birthday, and they gave us a small gift with a card, even though it was the next day—thoughtful and appreciated! We’re picky, but this hotel earned a 10/10 in a 10/10 city. Highly recommend!

櫃台人員親切友善，入住時貼心引導入住流程並仔細介紹房間使用注意事項 房內衛浴乾濕分離且泡湯池旁也有一組淋浴設備，多人入住時也方便洗漱~ 離主要街道也很近，不到3分鐘即可逛街用餐 床鋪好睡~連沙發都可以舒服到窩著就睡著
